During the shows we will need at least one technician for the sound / light equipment to provide assistance during the operation.
The working periods are not meant to be rigid they can be adjusted accordingly to the situation.
All technicians, except the stagehands, mentioned in the table above should have experience within the area and there should be an electrician present during at least one of the working periods (preferably in the morning of the 29th) to check all the power connections.
It would be nice if you had a trolley (or dolly 1 x 2m) to make the loading and unloading easier.
Please provide material to cover the cable runs on the floor (like rubber blankets or similar), spans and hardware to fly the cabinets and enough cables for all the lighting equipment (we usually run short with this).
We also need one 3 phase 32 A socket as close as possible to the stage set (max. 2m distance, could be placed inside the set)
If possible, it would be nice to have the lighting bars already more or less in place to start hanging the lamps right away.
In the afternoon of the 29th we will need to fill the 4 tanks with 250 litres each, please have the hose weve talked about ready for more or less that time.
We would like to set up some spaces in the back of what is called berging in your drawings for props, technical spares and an improvised workshop for the stage set; please let us know if that is possible and, if not, what alternatives there are.
Please remember, the floor cover (or seal) must be strong and rigid enough to move the cherry picker on it and support the stage set (3.5 to 4 ton on 13 distributed points).
24 PAR 64 CP61 (MFL)
32 PC 1kW 10º - 60º
12 Profile 1kW pref. Robert Juliat 614SX
2 Profile 650W (ex. Minim 23)
4 assim. Flood (ex. Coda 500W)
4 PC or Fresnel 650W (ex. Mini F)
52 dimmer channels 10A each (220V)
or
48 dimmer channels 20A each (220V)
8 boomstands ca. 60cm high for Robert Juliat 614SX
10 floorbases for PC / Flood
the lighting desk would be preferrably a ADB Tenor but must have A/B crossfade with 2 faders and 24 submasters on one page (for simultaneas use).
some spots of the floor based lighting material are not included in the lighting plot, since their positions will be decided during the spacing accordingly to varios cues.
Sound:
6 tops Martin Audio W8 with bass extension cabinet to be flown in 3 clusters
(we would like to decide about the exact location of those clusters at the venue)
4 Subwoofers Martin Audio W8 at the back behind the 2 backdrops
all cabinets must be delayable by cluster to achieve virtual alignment of all clusters and subwoofers.
6 wireless lavalier microfones (pref. AKG CK77 but any quality omni or cardioid lavalier microfone will do the job) with black windshields
1 Yamaha 01V or similar
it would be nice to have 3 lines of analogic graphic EQ for room equalization
2 professional CD players with autopause and remain time display
black box:
we will need passages at the right stage behind the 2nd, 3rd and 4th leg (all
legs at right stage should be ca. 2m wide, left stage legs should be ca. 1,5m
wide).
we will need to adjust the 2 half backdrops accordingly to the actors passages
an cues.
the drawing represents the pavillion divided at half with black cloths around
the acting space.
the back wall backdrop goes all the way down to the floor, we would like to
pull it back into the openings in the back (berging space) to create entrances
from the back.
we won't use any teasers but some of the roof structures will have to be covered
with black cloth.
